Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I have a couple of legal issues that I would Like an attorney's support on. However, when I call a law office, I am required to explain to the office clerk (which I know is likely a paralegal) what the situation is. They tell me they will speak to the attorney and I will get a call back from the attorney the next day. I never ever get a call back. This happens to me every single time I call a law office. Is there some secret I do no know about to getting a law office to call you back?

I am not sure this is a secret, but ask to make an appointment, and let them know you are prepared to pay for the attorney's time.
I agree with Mr. Moens. At the same time please note that while attorneys are not obligated to represent prospective clients until there is an "engagement" (contract of sorts for legal services) I do agree it is rude not to call to let you know your case will not be taken in. Then again, sometimes attorneys get skittish about even calling because at a later date someone might claim that the attorney took the case when they did not.
