Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
If i must be in court thurs. and the says restitutio/ possesion and i owe 2400.00 and have it can a deal be worked out on a commerical lease.

Contact the landlord's attorney and try to work out the deal ahead of time, or before court starts. Anything is possible. But if you did NOT pay prior to the end of whatever notice you received, the landlord may be stubborn enough to want you out AND a judgment for the rent. No guarantees; think about hiring an attorney.
