Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
Dear Mr. McCormick . Recently we were given a forcible entry and det. notice and need to be at court on Tues. May 31st. My question is , will the Judge give us at least ten days to move or do they usually make you move on the same day?
