Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

In December I moved my boyfriend of only a few weeks into my home in which it is legally in my name and I pay all of the bills in my home. I asked him to move out in April and he went and filed a false restraining order on me after he scratched up his arm. The judge believed that I did it and honored the order. Now I am displaced from my home in which he has never paid for anything in the house. I have to keep everything on in the home or it will be considered as harassment. I am scared that if I ask him to leave again he will file harassment and I will be arrested. He has done this same thing to others several times before and he knows the system. How can I evict someone who is not a tenant? He will not leave at all.

Essentially, he is a tenant. Hire an attorney to bring a forcible entry and detainer action against him.
