Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
Dupage county Illinois, judgement was entered against me in forcible entry. I was not offered an attorney by the court. I did not ask for one though. Landlord had an attorney, Is this ground for an appeal?

No, you only have a right to a court-appointed attorney in criminal matters. Forcible entry is a civil matter and therefore there is no obligation by the Court to appoint an attorney to your case.
