Can I be evictedin 7 days being considered a trespasser

If you are truly a trespasser, you can be arrested if you don't leave after being asked.
But if you entered into possession of a rental unit under some kind of arrangement called a tenancy, but then you broke the terms of the tenancy, you may not be a trespasser and may have greater rights before being evicted.
Please be more specific in terms of how you wound up in the rental unit and what the tenancy arrangement was if any, what happened then, and we can try to be of greater help.
