Hi,

I am unable to pay my rent this month and next month the apartment complex I live in has already sent me the 5 day notice on Nov 3rd they recently sent me a notice that if I had to pay the rent by the 12th or they would submit my file to their attorney

I'm afraid you do not have much of a case if you cannot pay your rent. Your best bet is to offer your landlord some money and try to work out a payment plan. Good luck.
