extra set of keys
I was given an extra set of keys to a
friend's condo. I have misplaced the
keys. Am I responsible for paying for
the cost of rekeying the doors?

I don't know if there's any law on this issue, but I'd say no. However, from an etiquette standpoint, you should at least offer to pay half the cost if your friend is insisting on replacing the locks.
