farm land rental agreement

On a verbal year to year rental agreement, can the landlord change the rental agreement verbally before the crops are planted in the fields?

Don't oral farm leases run from March to February? It would seem that any modifications to the lease should have occurred in February. However, you should consult someone who specializes in agricultural issues. Contact the St. Clair County Bar Association in Belleville for recommendations.
