Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
Under federal, state, and local (Chicago) housing laws, can I rent my one-bedroom apartment as "single-occupancy," meaning at most one person can rent the apartment? Would this be considered family-status or similar type of discrimination? Thank you.
