Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I need to file a Motion in response to a Motion for Summary Judgement as a Defendant in a "Law" case which resulted in a fire due to the landlord hooking up our electricity to a "Public Utility Pole Located in the Alley". We have filed a Motion for a "Jury Trial" and the Judge advised that in order to protect ourselves we should file a Motion explaining why we are entitled to a Jury Trial. Where can I find a Legal Form in order to do this? Also, which Constitutional Amendment provides for your right to a trial by Jury?

There are no legal forms for the type of Motion you want to file. You have to create it. It is the 7th Amendment to the US Constitution. Good luck!
