Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I have a friend who is on section 8 and is renting to own she has not so good credit doesnt work is on public assitance, the owner of the building told her he would work with her he will put in a good word for her saying her rent is always on time. Will that matter will his bank give her the loan he is selling it for 160,000.00. Thank you
