Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
My grandmother, cousin, and myself live together. My grandmother and younger cousin were the only ones on the lease. I have lived here 31 years and my cousin only lived with us for 22 years. My grandmother passed 2 Weeks ago. Now my cousin whose name is the only one on the lease wants me to leave. What are my rights to stay and possible override her and get on the lease.

You have a messy situation on your hands.
Your landlord could evict you through the court process as you are not on the lease. Your cousin could probably do the same. Lockouts and other self help are not permitted.
If you want to stay, you need to talk to the landlord. I'm not sure why you would want to live with a cousin that wants you out. It is probably best to find a new residence.
The length of time you have been there, while impressive, has no relevance in this matter.
