Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
my husband and i are renting one of our houses to a couple that signed a lease. they have only paid one month of the 4 months rent and utilities. we are serving them an eviction notice. the house is on 12 1/2 acres that we normally use for deer hunting. no mention of the option for hunting was in the lease. are we able to go on our land to hunt or allow some friends to hunt on our property?

Depends on how you described what you were renting them and whether you reserved the right to hunt on the property. Best thing to do is have an attorney review the lease you gave your tenants. So long as they are not evicted you can not breach the lease yourselves.
