Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

If i illegally sublet a room without the landlord's consent, and it's been only 2 weeks and "subtenant" has yet to pay rent can i legally have him removed asap or has he already established residency?

It is the agreement between you and the subtenant that determines what the nature of the tenancy is. Since you haven't told us what the arrangement was supposed to be, it is impossible to say what they steps will be for you to get the subtenant out, but fundamentally yes as soon as you let him or her in, "residency" (possession) began.
