Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
Industrial lease
I have an industrial lease for a building I want to rent.
What should I look for in the lease? Are there standard
clauses? Is there a clause I do not want?

Re: Industrial lease
There are too many issues you need to look at - it really depends on your personal expectations from the deal - I would suggest having an attorney review the lease - it should not cost that much money and can save you a lot of hassle down the line through prevention.
