Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
We inherited a mobile home community from our father who died in December, 2015. The lease he used was very poorly stated and possibly not completely legal. We need a new lease agreement current with Illinois law.

Hire an attorney. The specifics of your operation may have a bearing on how it should read. At a bare minimum if anything is wrong with it, the attorney could be liable for any damages you suffer.
