landlord and security deposit
landlord owes 1590 in security deposit won't return our calls and has not sent moeny been over 30 days he owns 5 units in the building we lived in I don't have the almost 300 dollars to sue him how do i get around the fees if i can get the money how much can i sue for

You can sometimes have your fees waved due to being indigent. If you are successful, you should also be able to recover these fees.
