Can your landlord sue you if you leave with out breaking your lease but oi was seventeen when my landlord let me sign the lease but I'm eighteen now

If you didn't break your lease, then why would the landlord sue you? As to the age question, not enough information: if you remained in the unit after you turned 18 you may be deemed to have ratified the lease. Moreover, if the rental was a necessity for you and you were emancipated in any way, the lease may be valid regardless of your having been 17 at the time you signed it.
