Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
What should I, the landlord, do if a tenant makes a false claim, in court? I think the tenant is going to try and claim, that her child is sick, because the heat was too low.

You may need a witness to testify as to the heating. Talk to an attorney about setting this case up for court properly.
