my lanlord threatened me with eviction . He cashed a check and took $1000.00 extra dollars last month and caused me to have numerous late fees in our checking account and my rent was 9 days late because of his action. He wants me to pay a late fee.

How does your landlord have the ability to take extra money from you?
If your landlord cashed a check, he has a right to do so if it is his possession.
