Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
What is the latest you can be notified if you have to appear in court. I have had prblms with my management company and they slid me a sticky saying i have a court date 2/15 however i have not been notified of this legally, by being served or otherwise. Can this be true seeing as how it is less than 2 wks away. How can I prepare

You need to be served with summons by sheriff in Cook county.
