no lease
i have a family leaving in a property
of mine that has not paid rent in the
last two month, we don't have a
lease agreement and i didn't get any
security deposite and i want them to
leave. they moved in, in april and
didn' start paying until july. what can
i do or can't do?

Even if there is no written lease, you still need to go through proper eviction procedure. If you need an attorney to help you with this, please let me know what county you are in and I could get you a referral.
