Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

Sub lease

me and another friend are currently

leasing a house with 3 other friends,

the other friend and i are looking to

leave the house and find two other

people to take our place. the one

problem is that all 5 of us have put

down a 1000 dollar security deposit.

we need to be leaving asap and we

feel that no one is going to be willing

to pay this kind of money up front. is

there any way that some sort of a

damage liability form can be signed

holding them responsible for 1000

dollars if aything were to go wrong

on there end of things?
