Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I lease some hunting ground here in illinois. The owner is selling. The guy buying put money down but did not buy it yet. The land owners son signed the lease he also lives on the property. Now there trying to kick me out. What can i do? Its a writen lease!

Have someone review the lease. There may be termination on sale provisions. No attorney will give you firm opinion without a complete review of the situation - lease - son's authority, etc.
