Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

lease terminated

I received letter from the atttorney that my tenants terminates lease (on he day I receive the letter) because ''Landlord did not attached all the required disclosures under RLTO 5-12-170. They requested to make disclosures withing 14 days of receipt of letter (which is today) and after he lease termination.

They vacated premises and requested $100 in damages and $500 attorney fee.

No receipt of their spending is attached, and it is not clear what disclosures I did not attached. They also demanding deposit back.

is it sufficient reason to terminate the lease immedeatly, if I did not attach the disclosure. Are they entitled for deposit. They have remaining 3 and a half month to the end of lease.
