Re: leased land

Yes, what happens in this situation, is when the eviction is granted, the tenant of the lot is ordered to remove the mobile home from the premises. Many times the Mobile Home Park Owner will accept the title of the Mobile Home Park as payment for any past due lot rent (as that is the most common reason for such an eviction), or will assist in the sale of the Mobile home. But it is a public danger to have a vacant mobile home there, so the Landlord is going to want the mobile home either disposed of or transferred to a new owner/tenant.
