Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I need to know if it's legal for a landlord to serve me a 10 day notice, when i'm only 2 weeks late?

Only? That's half a month. Normally for nonpayment of rent landlords give only FIVE days. Check your lease though.
