Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

Hi my name is Leonida, married and have 2 kids.. My sister owned 2 houses. My family lives in one of her owned house together with my other sibling and her daughter. We agreed that we were going to pay monthly rental for the house in the amount of $600 for my family and to my other sibling $300. The contract was only verbal no documents or agreed contract to be signed.. We usually did not pay on time and we did not pay the amount that we agreed to pay. Does she have the right to ask us to move out in the house?
