Liability on Rented Horse Pasture
I rent horse pasture behind my house for free to neighbors. In return, they are to keep up the fence. If horses get out and cause damage to property or persons, will a contract between us stating they take full responsibility - will this protect me legally from any liability?

If a contract is properly worded they can agree to be liable for damage caused by their horses.
