Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois my boyfriend and father of my 16 year old is kicking us out of his house that he just bought on the 16th. We have lived together for over 20 years. Can he legally kick us out tonight without a court order?

Assuming no other facts you are a month-to-month tenant and are entitled to a 30 days' notice and order of court before being forced out. But until then you are subject to a potentially difficult situation with your child, and then what? See an attorney to discuss a 20-year history that may actually give you more options.
