Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I live in Illinois and just found out that my landlord has went into foreclosure, who do I pay my rent to? I tried calling the bank to see if I should pay it to them but they won't give me any information. I really don't want to give my landlord any more free money and I am not asking to live here for free, I just want the money to go to the proper person.

You are protected by law now, to continue to pay your landlord the rent. Make sure you get receipts!
