Mold
the tenant stats there is mold in his bathroom.I, the landlord never being notified of this problem until I am trying to evict the tenant for non-payment of rent. when I rented the apartment there was no mold. I am saying tenant cause the problem. where do I stand in this problem?

Repair issues are not a defense to eviction. There are things a tenant can do when there's disrepair, but his option is to notify you and then possibly repair it himself and then bill you. Using it as a defense to eviction is not going to fly unless there's other things going on that you didn't mention.
