Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

Hello I have paid all of my past due rent with my landlord and am currently behind with the new rent. I had a judgement entered against me in February and it was said that if I did not pay all of my rent then I would have to vacate in March the landlord and I signed off on it and I paid now I am behind in my May and June rent and now they are saying they can have my things removed based off the old order and don't have to give me another notice and go to court is this true can they have the sheriffs department remove my belongings based off an old order that I paid and use that for the new late past due rent. The order was for March 10 and I paid and now I'm behind in May and June and I just received a text message that they will be filing on Monday June 10th for the sheriffs to remove my belongings within seven days. Can you please help me and tell me what I can do and if they can do this. Thank you

Lela Davis Law Office of Lela J. Davis

If the Eviction order is from the Cook County Circuit Court, it is stale after three months and the Sheriff's office will not honor it until the landlord goes back into Court and gets an order to Extend the Order of Possession.
