Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I am considering the purchase of a mobile home for the back taxes owed. Will I have to pay the back lot rent from the tenant that abandon the mobile home? Or will I have to settle on this because I am purchasing it for the "back due taxes" meaning I am legally taking responsibility for the property for the 6 years taxes were not paid?

You will need to find out what the mobile home park lease says.
