Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

I have a question, thanks so much for your answer, my landlord took me to court and got a judgement against me in January. He let me stay in the property afterward and gave me the chance to catch up. I was laid off again and fell behind with the arrears and current rent of 1100 while unemployed. I also go to school and have taken out a loan that I intend to use to pay him back as regular financial aid covers tuition. My question can he take the order from January and have the sheriff evict me or does he have to start over. I dont want it to come to that, I have another job that starts 8/8 but I wanted to know legally if I have any leg to stand on, I have a daughter that is due to give birth in two weeks and no other alternatives, I really appreciate your responses.

The problem is that he has the judgment for possession, and he can ask the sheriff to come out before you have any chance to take legal action. It sounds as though, despite the eviction, you and he renewed the arrangement at least on a month-to-month basis, which would ordinarily require new process (30 day notice and new eviction). This could be tricky and the lease you had may preclude or dictate the outcome (many leases say after an eviction you don't have a lease but some other kind of arrangement). You need to seek an attorney in your locale for a complete analysis of the situation.
