renting 1 bedroom with a 2yearold
can i rent a 1 bedroom
couse i cant afford a 2 but
i need a place to live
can i be denyed
or have the right nomatter what
aslong as credit and funds are met???

Of course you can be denied as long as it's not on discriminatory grounds like race, sex, etc.

Why would you rent a place you can't afford? You'll end up gettting evicted for non-payment of rent if you can't maintain the rent.
