Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
IF I am on section 8 in chicago and i am not in the position to move at this point in time. what can i legally do about the tenent on the second floor that is constantly smoking weed and it just belowes into my upstairs apartment, causing my epileptic daughter to instantly get headaches. my landlords know the tenent down there is smoking weed and i have also complained numerous times to section 8 about her.

You should contact Access Chicago, a fair housing not for profit. Your daughter appears to have a disability that should require a landlord to have to accommodate, but these people are the experts.
