security deposit never moved in
I never moved in but gave security deposit to landlord. I never signed a lease or any document but have receipts of cash paid. The house in unsafe and therefore did not move in.

A security deposit is for exactly that purpose. However, if the home was uninhabitable, you may have grounds to get your security deposit back.
