I signed a lease last jan 20 2012 the mgr approved several things including my daughters guinea pig she has anxiety and stress disorders and is afraid the newer mgr is going to kill him he is four after she took over the HUD subsidized apartments she must of made one of her snoop illegal entrances and seen the guinea wrote and said I had 2 days to get rid of or I would be evicted I had dr and vet write and fax as I had 2 days to be turned down as dr said please allow because of condition and not must allow within 20 min they fixed that then I was told I had days to come up with a 300.00 deposit so I did as she was crying and nervous attached and worried she will come in anytime and kill him I have been harassed by the mgt so much after this fined and always threatened to be evicted if one day late on rent I paid last months rent the last day I had and they held and just got eviction papers today to go to court on 13 sept I worked for HUD and called and tomorrow I will do discrimination intake and unethical behavior as mgr and her boss won't let me talk cuss hang up and don't care I hate it and would live to move its cheaper but hell I find out after calling their arty who is a friend of mine and conflict but no rules that I am being inspected as it says in rules I have to have a spotless house my back has a bulge and I don't know if this is the out but I can't make it spotless my back is bad she has had this since moving in I paid the stupid deposit because of her anxiety disability and now another pop up inspection in two days I know she sneaks in as I place tape on door and seal broken and maintenxe walks right in but doesn't do anything measures and after eight months I ws at work and he put used shelf in refrig broke when I moved in I know the deal she is fonna say it's messy it's not it's not spotless just had HUD inspection so this is crap I want to sue this guy who owns a ton of rental and the managers as one even forged my signature because she fired the nice one and papers weren't done like the three strikes and rules I signed lease under owner and dated and after the guinea pig I get papers I never seen with nothing close to my signature and misdated I signed lease jan 20 1012 they signed and mgr witnessed a horrible nothing close about pets and other stuff months after move in and dated it dec 2011 I wasn't here and ticked but kept kool until this eviction it's illegal and I am ready to sue for all the distress fines for garbage that I know was pulled from dumpster as it had my name on a box and a picture on her phone and a bill to me for littering I put on trash dumpster and she had a Kodak moment and sent me a bill took out of rent so I had to pay please help my daughter is stressed and so am I HUD is trying to help I need to make sure I have someone in court to finally take the crook and the girls that follow the Manson I am constantly getting letter son door and work and stay in she just is nosey and I don't feel she need s to come in here inspection with HUD was like 12 weeks ago and this is her special one what do I do nobody likes her or other office but too scared I am not I am sick of it they were made to allow guinea pig and hate it call him a rat and he isn't nobody gets deposits back and my name is forged I have a great case and my lease is signed in owner the fakes of orher papers they sent are so fake and like I said wrong date please help its a great case jut everyone here knows him and won't do a thing

If the lease allowed the pet it still must be kept properly. Normally a pet deposit is required up front; however if you are not keeping the pet properly the landlord may be able to declare a default and as part of a "cure" require a pet deposit or other rules. You should have an attorney review your lease for both the permission and any pet rules. If you are breaking the rules the landlord may be able to evict unless there is documented medical reasoning for having the pet. An attorney can help you figure out whether this is possible.
