Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

i signed a yr lease for my apt, and had to move. i notified my landlord, but when i lived there he entered my home without prior consent, and since i've moved( i'm still paying rent) he still continues to enter the premises.... i know that it is illegal for him to enter without my consent, but i'm not sure what to do now...

If you can prove he is improperly entering the apt, then you can argue you have been constructively evicted and stop paying rent.
