I sued an ex-tenant for property damage and won the case. I am garnishing his wages. I noticed on the check stubs that the payment is labeled "child support". I remember him asking the judge how to keep this off his credit report. What can I do about this fradulent act?

If you're saying that the judgment debtor's employer is issuing wage garnishment monies to you as the judgment creditor in such a way that the debtor is attempting to somehow make it appear that the monies going to you are being expended for child support, you could take the check to the employer and ask for it to be reissued as having been issued in error. If the employer refuses you might be able to take the employer to court as the employer is the "defendant" in the garnishment, and you would tell the judge you don't want to be party to any kind of improper payments. You might want a lawyer to go to court for you or with you, or at least make a call to the employer or employer's attorney to try to straighten things out if you can't.
