Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
I own a trailer in a mobile home park. The manager of the park went under my trailer that i own to turn the water off. I have two babies in my house they agreed that i can fix our leak on our payday. Now we have no water. And they never asked our permission to climb under our trailer. Its thier water we pay for included in our rent but is it trespassing without our consent for them to climb under our trailer?

Someone should look at your lease - do you rent the lot and own the trailer, rent both? A lease (and for that matter an oral one) can give the landlord the right to inspect under the trailer on the lot. But if it becomes obnoxious, there may be a way of dealing with it. You may need an attorney to help. Have one review your lease. If there is not lease see one anyway.
