tree in parking lot damaged car
apartment complex's parking lot when a tree branch fell on my car breaking the rear window and causing significant damage to the roof. Is the landlord responsible for paying for the repairs? the tree was on the complex's property.

Depends if the landlord knew or should have known that the tree branch would fall off.
