Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois
wage garnishment
I had my tenant evicted by the court and there was a judgement for the unpaid rent and the court costs in October 04, but she hasn't paid the amount or she never returned the keys to the house. At that point I decided to go ahead with a wage garnisment order and the summons was served to the employer in Bufallo Grove,Illinois. But I received a copy of the summons served to the employer filled out by their pay roll dept in Virginia saying they couldn't find anybody with that name under their pay roll. But any time I call her work her employer responds saying she is at work and she can't come to the phone now.So I did some further investigation and found out she been married four times and she may be using a different last name. She owes me about litte over $3600.00 in rents and court costs. If there is any lawers out there who could pick up this case and collect the money from this person, because to me it's matter of principle. If some one breaks the law they should be held liable.
Please let me know if any body is willing to help me.
Thank you so much

Re: wage garnishment
Hello, I would like to talk to you about this matter. Pleas call my office or email me. What county do you have the judgment in? Do you know all the names this person goes by? Do you have her social security number?
I look forward to hearing from you.
