Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Illinois

Wrongful eviction

Do I have a case against my landlord for an eviction that I feel should not have happened? There also was extension property loss and damage.

Thanks

You can sue anyone for anything, but being able to succeed is a different matter. You should talk to an attorney about the specific circumstances surrounding your eviction, and the losses you suffered with respect to your property. Or post a more detailed question on this site so people can give you a better answer.
