wrongful eviction/unlawful use of name

My previous landlord of whom wrongfully evicted us 8 months ago,has his propertie taxes for my previous address in my name??Do I any legal legs to stand on? Can he get away with this legally??

What are you worried about? If you were a tenant on his land/in his house, then why do you care if his land/house has unpaid real estate taxes? Did you have a land installment contract or option to purchase the land/house? Do you need an attorney? This answer does not constitute legal advice because you are not as yet my client.
