Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Illinois
I broke up with a boyfriend and he gave me a leased car with the promise of paying it off, paying the insurance , and the sticker fees and sending the title to me upon paying the car off. All of this in lieu of a great deal of money gave him. I have a signed piece of paper with his signutaure agreeing to this, it is not notorized however. I am leaving the state and relocating for personal reasons. Is there any legal problems he can caue for me?

First of all, you do not have legal title to the car and could not get legal title under any variation of these facts. You merely have permission to drive the vehicle. I wouldn't inflate permission to drive into other possessory rights. It would be better to get an assignment of BF's rights and get that assignment approved by the leasing company before you drive off into the sunset.
