Is my employer liable for a co-worker assaulting me and doing nothing about it?

Hello. Your employer may be liabile for the assault against you if it can be proven that the employer knew of should have known that the co-worker had violent tendencies and the employer, with knowledge of this fact, failed to advise you of the risk. There are a few other issues that must be considered in a situation like this.
