Is it legal?

I want to send letter with a candy cane

attached to the envolope for my Secret

Admirer but I don't know if it's legal. I

don't want him to know my name, so is

it also legal to send the letter without a

return address?

Call the Post Office to ask about rules regarding attaching a candy cane or writing return addresses.
